Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition - This database provides nearly 550 scholarly full text journals focusing on many medical disciplines. Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition also featuresAHFS Consumer Medication Information, which covers 1,300 generic drug patient education sheets with more than 4,700 brand names.  

Health Source: Consumer Edition - A collection of consumer health information providing information on many health topics including the medical sciences, food sciences and nutrition, childcare, sports medicine and general health.  provides access to nearly 80 full text, consumer health magazines.  

CINAHL with Full Text (Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature) - the authoritative resource for nursing and allied health professionals, students, educators and researchers. This database provides full text for more than 600 journals and indexing for more than 3,000 journals in all areas of nursing and allied health. Contains more than 2.9 million records dating back to 1981.

MEDLINE - Medline is a bibliographic database produced by the U. S. National Library of Medicine. It contains millions of citations, derived from thousands of biomedical and life science journals, extending back to 1946. Indexed with Medical Subject Headings (MESH) from the NLM controlled vocabulary.

PUBMED - PubMed contains more than 24 million citations for biomedical literature from Medline, the National Library of Medicine's bibliographic database, life sciences journals, and from books dating back to 1946.

MedlinePlus - Produced by the National Library of Medicine, MedlinePlus provides information on over 950 diseases and information on drugs, herbs, and  supplements.  Interactive health tutorials, anatomy videos, and surgery videos are also included.

HighWire: Library of the Sciences and Medicine HighWire is the largest archive of free full text science in the world. Provides more than 7.6 million articles from journals published by scholarly publishers, societies, associations, and university presses. The full text for more than 2.4 million articles is available for free on HighWire.  Can be used to simultaneously search Medline.

PsycArticles - a definitive source of searchable full-text, peer-reviewed scholarly and scientific articles in psychology. The database contains more than 40,000 articles from 53 journals - 45 published by the American Psychological Association (APA) and 8 from allied organizations. Coverage spans 1985 to the present.

PsycInfo - Psycinfo is the online version of Psychology Abstracts. It covers psychology and related fields from 1887 to the present. Indexed materials include over 3,100 psychology and related journals. Abstracts are included for most records.

Alt HealthWatch - Focus is on complementary, holistic and integrated approaches to health care and wellness. Full text articles for more than 180 international, and often peer-reviewed journals and reports.  Indexing and abstracts going back as far as 1984, and full text going back as far as 1990. Contains hundreds of pamphlets, booklets, special reports, original research, and book excerpts.

APA PsycNet and Psycinfo Provides access to the APA databases PsycARTICLES, PsycBOOKS, PsycINFO.

Consumer Health Complete (CHC) - An interface designed for the everyday consumer of health care information. Consumers can search and browse within medical encyclopedias, popular reference books, magazine and newspaper articles, and more. Also includes drug and herb information, fact sheets and pamphlets, and animations.
