  • World War II - Teacher Oz's Kingdom of History.  An outstanding site, which contains an overwhelming amount of information.  Includes the following: primary documents; timelines; maps; statistics; WWII leaders; Hitler & the Holocaust; Pearl Harbor; military leaders; WWII in the air and at sea; espionage; the Yalta Conference; the Manhattan Project; women & the homefront; the Marshall Plan; the Berlin Airlift. 

  • World War II Documents - The Avalon Project at the Yale Law School. Some of the documents which are provided on this site include: armistice agreements; the Atlantic Charter; the Casablanca Conference; German and Japanese surrender documents; the Master Lend-Lease Agreement; the Nuremberg War Crimes Trial; Pearl Harbor documents; the Yalta Conference, etc.  

  • The History Place: World War II in Europe. This site provides a timeline with photographs of WWII and also provides a timeline of the Holocaust.  Contains biographies of Nazi leaders.Also includes a   24 chapter history on "The Rise of Adolf Hitler," and a history of the "Hitler Youth."

  • HyperWar: A Hypertext History of the Second World War.  Places emphasis on the military history of WWII and "the source of the material presented here is almost exclusively U.S. Government produced." Contains diplomatic and political documents and also military/service histories of the U.S. Armed Forces during WWII.  Provides additional resources on the European and Pacific theaters of operation.  (The site is still under construction).

  • The U-boat War 1939-1945 - Provides a wealth of information on u-boats, their operations, and the men who served in them. Includes maps, flotillas, victories and losses, interviews, and  ranks, uniforms, and decorations. Also contains information on books about u-boats and book reviews.

  • Stone & Stone Second World War Links.  Provides in-depth information on books related to WWII and contains links to online and mail order book sellers.  Also provides links to WWII resources, including sites concerned with the U.S. Navy, the Japanese Navy, Pearl Harbor, and German war maps.
