Registration Fees: $40.00 per year or upon re-enrollment.
Late Pickup Fee: $5.00 per 15 minutes (payable at the time). Fees are due in advance the first of each week and are based on a 52 week year. Payment is due each week regardless of attendance, and a two week notice is required for withdrawal. There are no extra allowances for holidays, absences, or vacations; they are covered in the fees. Refunds will not be given. If we determine that you are not conscientious in paying fees, we will proceed with collection options including termination of services and wage garnishment.
NOTE: We accept subsidized funding or scholarships from private or public organizations; however, parents are responsible for the payment of all fees and for making these arrangements. Days and Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. We may remain open for extended hours if there are sufficient numbers to warrant having at least two staff on site.
Holidays (Closed): VAECE Conference Professional Day (March), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday), Christmas (two workdays), and New Year's Day or New Year's Eve.
