GUIDELINES FOR BOOKSTORE CHARGES

 TRADE-ACT, DEPT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, ETC:

 Charges begin May 15, 2006

Charges end June 30, 2006

Pell Grant Charges end on June 30, 2006

            You must present your registration form each time you make a purchase.  The charge will not be permitted without it.

You may charge all required textbooks for the courses you are taking. 

In the event that you are registered for a class that starts later in the semester, you are encouraged to go ahead and charge the textbook before the charges end.  

(KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!  If the class is cancelled or dropped you will need the receipt to return it.)

You have a supply limit of up to $50.  This does not mean that you must spend $50 on supplies.  Only charge the supplies that you will need for your classes.  We do not have a way of keeping up with your supply total.  It is your responsibility to keep all receipts and make sure you do not exceed the $50 limit.  In the event that you do, you will receive a bill and your DCC account will be flagged until the debt is settled.

If you need to return a book, you must have the receipt.

Supplies are not returnable.
