The DCC Mentor-Mentee Team Program provides trained mentors who volunteer to spend one hour each week with a DCC student and help that student reach his/her academic goals at DCC and also coach and encourage the student in his/her professional and personal success. |

Your mentor is trained to be a good listener, motivator, coach, advisor, and role model. |

|
The DCC student must be a student taking a minimum of 6 credit hours per semester and agree to a minimum of one hour each week for their meetings with their mentor. |
||
