Wendy Wazeka

Wendy Wazeka of Sutherlin is enrolled in the Business Management Track III-Marketing Specialization curriculum. She will graduate with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Spring 2006. She is married to Clint Wazeka.

Wazeka is a member of the DCC chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society for community college students. She has been employed part-time in the DCC Admissions Office for the past six months.

She says she chose to attend DCC because it was close to her home and offered a variety of programs. Because of her positive experiences, she regularly recommends DCC to other college-bound students.

“DCC is a great place to get an education and the teachers are the best,” she said. “I have taken a variety of classes and every teacher has been excellent at what they do. The college also has great facilities that offer the environment that students need.”
