Ralph Brian Coles is in the Business Administration curriculum. He anticipates graduating in May 2005, and transferring to Virginia Tech to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology. His goal is to one day own his own real estate business. Coles, a 2003 honor graduate of Tunstall High School, is the son of Ralph and Arnita Coles.
While attending DCC, Coles is employed in the Student Development Office.
He was also a recognized last May for his outstanding academic
achievements at the 17th Annual DCC Alliance for Excellence Academic
Awards Program. “I chose DCC because I wanted to attend school close to home and work to save money,” Coles explains. “I wanted to help my parents.”
Coles says he would definitely encourage others to attend DCC.
“You can receive an affordable education and still have the benefit of
transferring to a four-year institution,” he adds.
