DCC STUDENTS INDUCTED

INTO COLLEGE HONOR SOCIETY

DANVILLE, VA., March 7, 2003 -- Sixty-two Danville Community College students were inducted into the Upsilon Phi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa during ceremonies held recently.  Phi Theta Kappa is the international honor society of two-year college students. In addition to the students who were inducted, several persons were named "Honorary Members", in recognition for their service to the chapter. They are:

  • Glenda Boswell, Administrative Staff Assistant to the President

  • John Cliff, Assistant Professor of Mathematics

  • Rhonda Mustain, Administrative & Program Specialist II, Maintenance Department.

  • Josh  Morris, younger brother of PTK President Steve Morris

 Faculty advisors are:  Vickie Holland Taylor, Assistant Professor of Sociology, and 

Charles W. Adams, II, Professor of Information Systems Technology.
