BOARD HONORS MEMBERS
SOUTH BOSTON, VA, June
25, 2003 -- Danville Community College Board members who are retiring or
leaving the board were honored recently. Mary
Wertz who represents Pittsylvania County, front row, left, and Worth
Hudson and Bryan Holt,
first row, right, who represent Halifax County, and Greg Boozer
of Danville (not shown) were honored for their long tenure on the board.
Wertz, Hudson, Boozer are ineligible to serve another term on the board.
Holt is moving to another locality and resigned from the board. The
respective governing bodies will make new appointments to the board.
