DANVILLE, VA, December 1, 2011 – Interested in learning about SQL Programming? Danville Community College will offer PL/SQL Oracle Database as part of its Spring Semester course line up. The class (ITD 134-H1) is a hybrid course, meaning part of the class is taken online and through limited classroom instruction. The course covers defining, creating and building databases using Oracle SQL language for larger organizations and agencies, especially in medical and educational settings. The class will meet Tuesday evenings, from 6-9:30 p.m., in Taylor Building, Room 102 starting January 9, 2012. Prerequisite for this class is Introduction to Computer Applications and Concepts (ITE 115).
