I.              Course Description:Teaches students how to outline, compose, organize, and edit written materials for publication on the World Wide Web.Teaches students how to design basic web pages, compose website content, design website layout and develop website navigation for a variety of possible audiences.


II.            Relationship of the Course to Curricula Objectives in Which it is Taught:

a.    Students will learn to write for the World Wide Web in an organized manner

b.    Students will develop their ability in critical thinking

c.    Students will learn to edit their web-based writing

d.    Students will learn how to produce a basic web page with effective layout and content.

e.    Students will learn to compose for international as well as national audiences of all skill levels

Students will be required to design a web page and write appropriate content for it.Additional assignments armed at assessing studentís mastery of skills in section V will be developed by faculty.


All written assignments will be assessed for spelling, punctuation, grammar, and consistency according to the conventions of standard English.
