Workplace Readiness

Occupational Objectives: The Career Studies Certificate in Workplace Readiness is designed to prepare individuals to work in a variety of entry-level

positions in customer service. Job opportunities may be available in retail sales, food and beverage services, and hotel front office operations.

Graduates of this program may pursue additional training in their chosen field and/or in supervision and management.
