Alpha Beta Gamma
Business Honor Society
Alpha Beta Gamma® is an International Business Honor Society established by business professors in 1970 to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year business and professional college students. The society is a member of The Association of College Honor Societies and has initiated 65,500 members.
The DCC chapter, IOTA ZETA, will initiate its first group of business scholars in May 2009.
Inductees must have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 in the courses making up the business-related major and a 3.0 overall GPA. Students majoring in the following degree programs (any concentration) will be eligible for induction into Alpha Beta Gamma if minimum credit-hours and GPA requirements are met:
Business Management | Business Administration | Marketing
Information Systems Technology | Administrative Support Technology
